Karibee Brand Promise: Satisfaction Guaranteed

Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 14 days return & exchange policy for all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your product(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item you purchased must be in its original condition from when you received it. The item must not be consumed by more than 15% (pictures for proof required).

To initiate a return, kindly contact us at and explain your request. Or you can bring to any of our retail stores located for immediate exchange on the spot. Our team will evaluate the request and revert to you as soon as possible. Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and explain to you next steps. Note that any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages / Incorrect Order

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item is received. We will evaluate the issue and fix it immediately. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All returns are subject to the evaluation and decision of Karibee. All gift cards cannot be returned. Products that have been consumed more than 15%  will not be accepted. Kindly get in touch if you have more questions or concerns regarding your purchase.


We accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to first submit a return request through email, or you can bring to our retail stores for immediate exchange.


We will notify you after we have received and inspected your return. Once approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it might take a few days for your bank or credit card to process and refund the payment.
