International Orders are delivered 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.

**Delivery is free for orders over $100. For orders under $100 delivery is just $10.
Australia Post Express Post Service guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post network. The Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. We ship all orders from our Head Office in Perth (ACT 2600). Click & Collect
This delivery option is only available in the ACT. Orders may be picked up at Momento Dezigns, Manuka ACT. Contact information and trading hours may be found at the bottom of each invoice. Items ordered by Click and Collect must be collected within 7 days at Momento Dezigns.
Same Day Delivery - Order By Midday
This delivery option is only available in the ACT (selected areas) to customers who make a purchase by 12 midday, Monday – Friday. Delivery area postcodes are: 2600, 2601, 2602, 2603, 2604, 2605, 2606, 2607, 2609 and 2612. Please Note: all items must be signed for upon delivery.
Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from KARIBEE , you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorise us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.
Your order will be insured from when it is dispatched from KARIBEE to when the item is delivered to you. When you sign for your order, responsibility for the items passes from KARIBEE to you. Please be aware that if you request our courier partner to leave the item for you and you do not sign for the item, the insurance of your package will be voided and responsibility for any damage to the items contained will be yours.
Out Of Stock
We take care to update our site multiple times a day however in some very rare instances an item can become out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.
